Position: Full-time Floater Healthcare Assistant Hours : 40 hr a week ( Contract ) Job Summary: As a Floater Healthcare Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide personalized and compassionate care to clients in various settings. Responsibilities: Client Care: Provide direct care to clients based on their individual needs and care plans. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Floating Between Clients: Be available to work with different clients based on scheduling needs. Travel to clients'' homes or designated locations to provide care. Adapt quickly to different care environments and client preferences. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Provide updates on clients'' conditions and report any changes promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
