The Role The Legal EA will provide high level support to the team, and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. This role requires a proactive, organised, and professional individual who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide high level support to the Solicitors and Partners. Take a proactive approach to managing tasks, anticipating needs, and resolving issues before they arise. Manage a busy and varied workload, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. Oversee complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Organise internal and external meetings. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers. Manage administration, billing, expenses and due diligence requirements. Coordinate partner events, client functions, seminars, and other ad hoc projects. Produce and coordinate high quality documents, presentations, and correspondence.
