The Role As a Housing Officer, you''ll be responsible for delivering an excellent tenancy management service across a portfolio of housing schemes for older residents. You''ll build positive relationships with tenants, ensure tenancy obligations are met, and work proactively to sustain tenancies and resolve housing related issues.
