Junior HR Administrator - Central Manchester - £27,000The Company: Lorien are working in partnership with a fast-paced technology business who are growing rapidly. Now are looking for a detail-driven HR professional to the offices in Central Manchester. About the Role As the HR Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for HR-related queries across the business. You will support the team, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services.Your responsibilities will include maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, coordinating the full recruitment administration process from requisition to onboarding, supporting payroll with employee life cycle information, and producing the monthly HR dashboard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take steps towards being a fully qualified HR professional.What You Will BringYou will have an understanding of the Human Resources profession and ideally exposure within the roleA strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workYou will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence using Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience in diary management and meeting coordination is requiredCIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
