JOB TITLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR Reference: 927 Location: Hull Type: Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Job Summary: We are currently representing a role on behalf of our well established client based in the East Yorkshire region. This newly created role will act as the key liaison between production and internal departments, ensuring that technical and material issues raised during day-to-day manufacturing operations are logged, escalated and resolved promptly. Main Duties: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues raised on the shop floor, ensuring timely triage and resolution. Assess, direct and escalate issues to the appropriate teams, including BOM, CAD, Purchasing, Technical, and Engineering. Maintain accurate logs of all raised issues using internal systems and action logs to ensure accountability and timely follow-up. Support Supplier Quality processes by gathering and providing clear evidence and context for reported concerns. Identify recurring issues, report trends, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing future disruptions. Person Specification: Prior experience in a technical support, production or manufacturing coordination role. Familiarity with modular build, holiday home or general manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
