About the Role: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the successful delivery of refurbishment and planned maintenance projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards. Working alongside the Site Manager and wider operational team, you will help drive quality, customer satisfaction and commercial performance whilst maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients and subcontractors.
