Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.Develop layouts and schemes for composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionalityCreate detailed CAD models and drawings of composite componentsCreation of CAD models and drawings of composite toolingPrepare comprehensive manufacturing information for composite production processes, including materials, techniques, and quality standardsCollaborate with manufacturers to ensure effective communication and implementation of design specificationsProvide guidance and supervision to Graduate Designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality workRequirementsDriven by high performanceWhat do you need to bring to the team?Previous experience in Formula 1 or Top-Tier motorsport is essentialProven experience in a composite design role, including the design of bodywork, wings, bumpers, and interior components within the motorsport industry, is requiredProficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA 3DX, with a proven track record of producing accurate and efficient designsA degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or equivalentKnowledge of composite component design, composite materials and their properties; knowledge or experience of composites manufactureAbility to plan and manage own workloads, prioritizing in a time pressured environment and manage personal deadlinesClear and concise communicationSelf-motivated, innovative, and comfortable working independently, while meeting challenging deadlinesStrong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)Positively contribute to an open and inclusive cultureA team like no other.The Cadillac Formula 1
