What’s your focus as Infrastructure Engineer?

You will be a key part of our IT Services team, providing 2nd line support to around 300 users across hardware, software, network, and telephony. You will take ownership of server administration - including backups, anti-virus, and security - while helping to deliver robust, secure infrastructure that keeps our business moving.

You will be based at Kettering with hybrid home working and part of an on-call rota (1 week in 4).

What will you be doing?

2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDeskManage backups, anti-virus, and server securityAssist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platformsProvide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and AndroidParticipate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)

What do we need from you?

Strong experience with Windows operating systems and ADFamiliarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environmentsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 platformsA proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
