The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for potential clients, supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to project planning. Duties Analyse client specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates for products or services Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and technical staff to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility assessments Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with company standards and client expectations Conduct site visits if necessary to gather information and assess project scope Maintain organised records of estimates, proposals, and client communications for future reference Assist in negotiating prices and terms with clients whilst ensuring profitability targets are met Support the sales team in follow-up activities to secure new business opportunities Occasional new business development activities including outreach to new potential clients Skills Proven experience in sales estimation, quantity surveying, or a similar role within the relevant industry Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite ..... full job details .....
