The role will take responsibility for sales operations, retail revenue, revenue assurance and associated financial controls across a complex fare collection environment. You will oversee high-volume, multi-channel sales activity, ensuring sales and payment data is accurately captured, reconciled and reported, while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance with contractual requirements. This is a senior role requiring a combination of revenue assurance, payments, retail operations and commercial/financial management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales operations across multiple retail channels, including ticket machines, ticket offices and wider retail networks.
