We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Poole area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a busy environment

Duties:

- Greet customers and establish their vehicle service needs
- Prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to manage vehicle repairs and services
- Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
- Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
- Always ensure excellent customer service
- Manage customer bookings and follow-up on service progress

Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8AM to 12PM.
 
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
