The Opportunity Mosaic Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Business Analyst for an established Hertfordshire-based organisation on an approximately 18-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a varied role combining business analysis, process improvement, technology and project support. Working closely with Project Managers and teams across the organisation, you''ll analyse processes, gather requirements and identify practical ways technology can improve efficiency and ways of working. This isn''t a purely traditional BA role. You''ll also provide hands-on support for business systems and technology, so it will suit someone who combines strong analytical skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Analyse and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Gather, document and manage business requirements through to validation and sign-off. Produce process maps, requirements documents, findings reports and project documentation.
