OverviewAre you an experienced Health and Safety professional with a background in construction?

We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HandS Manager to join a busy main contractor on a large new–build project in Dundee. You will work closely with site teams, contractors, and senior management to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures aligned with CDM 2015.

Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.

Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and industry standards.

Deliver safety training, briefings, and toolbox talks.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety across the project.

Report on safety performance to senior management.

Requirements

NEBOSH National Construction Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely.

Minimum 3 years experience in health and safety within construction, ideally main contracting.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead safety initiatives on-site.
