Lead all cost management activities across the lifecycle of the school buildPrepare tender documentation and manage procurement processesProvide cost estimates, feasibility studies, and regular budget reportingWork closely with contractors, design teams, and local stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financial regulations and contractual obligationsMonitor progress and proactively address any cost overruns or risksRequirements:

Proven experience in quantity surveying for new build projectsDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related fieldStrong knowledge of construction contractsExcellent communication and analytical skillsWhat We Offer:
