Reporting to the CTO, you''ll lead an engineering organisation of up to 20 people, shaping the engineering roadmap while creating a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. The Role As Head of Engineering, you''ll be responsible for leading the engineering function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives and developing a high-performing engineering culture.
