Executive Assistant (Temporary) Location: Welham Green Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Job Type: TemporaryExecutive Assistant About the Role: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to join a local charity, supporting the CEO and Chair, while assisting Directors and supporting multiple Boards and sub-committees. This is a varied role, offering the chance to work across the organisation.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the CEO, Chair, Directors, and TrusteesAct as first point of contact for Board Members, managing communications and queriesOrganise and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsSupport governance tasks, including legal submissions and compliance requirementsLead or assist with projects and internal administrative improvementsCoordinate communications from the CEO s office with Marketing and CommunicationsRepresent the organisation externally as required What We re Looking For: Proven experience in PA/EA role or Senior Administrative positionHighly organised with strong prioritisation and project management skillsDiscreet, diplomatic, and able to handle confidential informationAdvanced IT skills, including MS Office and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communicationProactive, forward-planning, and able to take initiative Desirable: Experience in healthcare or not-for-profit sectorsCommittee secretary experience If you are interested in this role, ..... full job details .....
