Part Time Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis. Working 22.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of four separate payrolls while also assisting with pension administration.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who is looking for a flexible role within a supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and administer payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on timeMaintain and update payroll records including new starters, leavers, and changes to pay or deductionsCalculate statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and other payroll adjustments where requiredSupport pension administration including enrolment, contributions, and communicationsLiaise with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to dateEnsure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and internal proceduresRespond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional mannerAssist with payroll reporting and reconciliations as required About YouPrevious experience in a payroll administration roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirementsExperience supporting workplace pensions and auto-enrolment processes would be an advantageConfident using payroll software and ExcelExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
