PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - 1-3+ PQEHERTFORD, HERTFORDSHIRE£45K - £55K

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Associate and to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Hertford, Herts.

The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a large and successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration and with a supervisory element to the position.

The ideal candidatemust:

Have +1years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practiseBe experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards
