They want a target-driven, commission-hungry sales person who has sold marketing services before, ideally to agency founders.This is a rare ground-floor opportunity for someone with serious ambition. £100k OTE is a realistic year-one number, it is uncapped, and strong performers are expected to clear it comfortably. As the UK operation grows the sales division grows with it, and as the first hire on the ground you are in pole position to move up and lead as it scales.The business runs a marketing podcast, recording around three roundtable episodes a week with three to four guests on each. Your job is to fill those seats with founders and leaders from marketing agencies. Once they have been on the show, those guests become warm leads you nurture and sell into, converting them into clients for the company''s SEO and link-building services.Cold calling can be part of the mix, but this is primarily outbound selling over email and LinkedIn, building rapport before any commercial conversation.
