Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit an additional software PLC engineer.Key SkillsHNC/HND or Equivalent Electrical EngineerPLC Programmer, ideally with Automated Process MachineryUnderstanding of FMCG IndustryThe Role Develop, test, and commission PLC and HMI software for processing and packaging equipment. Establish and manage a remote support system for engineers and customers. Provide remote and on-site support - diagnosing faults, guiding repairs, and implementing software updates. Travel across the UK and Ireland (approx. 40-50%) for commissioning, integration, and technical support. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams on complete automation solutions.
