A high level of technical knowledge in expect whereby an associate director can authorise all types of technical report produced by GeoCon which include: Business Development, Bringing in new clients and work within the Manchester and Northwest area. Preparation of quotes, delegating and managing quotes with the quoting team. Maintaining and developing client relations. Phase I Preliminary Risk Assessments Phase II Site Investigation Reports Phase III Remediation Strategies Phase IV Validation and Verification (for both gas and land contamination) Coal Mining Risk Assessments Soakaway Investigations Combination of environmental and geotechnical report writing, both factual and interpretative, production of CSM and contaminated land risk assessments Knowledge and execution of all the above investigation techniques with a high level of technical understanding for each aspect, including site activities Mentoring junior staff Good management skills and the ability to meet deadlines GeoCon Site Investigations Ltd Being part of the team and working well within the team Liaising with clients Liaising with regulators and other stakeholders Day to day support and training supervision of more junior members of staff Assisting with day-to-day general office tasks Requirements: Previous experience in ..... full job details .....
