Due to increased global growth, our client is seeking a Freight Forwarder to be part of their Customer Services and Freight Forwarding team. As the successful candidate, you will be assisting the head of customer services in the execution of their duties and responsibilities, which include: Maintain the operations system ensuring customer bookings are accurately recorded create new and maintain current SOP''s for the department Maintain key accounts Update the CRM ensuring spot quotations are entered on to the system Ensure customer due diligence checks are completed Confirm quotations Booking consignments with third party contractors Ideally you will have a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures together with excellent IT skills including Excel reporting.
