The school has a strong SEN ethos, a proactive SENCO and a collaborative staff team who value consistency, structure and positive relationships. The Role As a KS2 SEN TA, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, depending on pupil needs. You will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, regulated and confident within the classroom, enabling them to engage with learning and make progress.
