As a Production Operative, you ll be at the core of our operations! You ll help create high-quality paint products, operate advanced machinery, and ensure everything runs smoothly, including: Manufacture paint: ensuring the correct raw materials are released into tanks to create the perfect paint Filling of paint getting the paint in the can through automated filling lines. Hygiene and Safety: Keep the site clean and maintain high safety standards Equipment Operation: Use state-of-the-art machinery which includes automated filling lines, SCADA and HDMI Screens, packaging robots and manufacturing tanks Quality Control: Ensure every product we produce meets Crown Paints high-quality standards Not an expert right away?
