Can you tell the story of what you changed, how you drove performance and the impact it had on growth, EBITDA and enterprise value? We''re working with a high-growth, private equity-backed business operating across multiple sites and entering an exciting phase of growth, transformation and acquisition. They''re looking for a Finance Director who can be a genuine commercial partner to the CEO, Board and PE sponsor, whilst taking ownership of finance and playing a leading role in the wider value creation agenda. This isn''t a role for someone who simply reports on performance. The successful candidate will be expected to identify where value can be created, challenge the business and lead initiatives that drive measurable improvements in performance and growth. The Opportunity Lead and develop a high-performing, commercially focused finance function. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and PE sponsor. Identify and lead initiatives to improve EBITDA, cash generation, margins and operational performance. Develop and execute a clear value creation agenda across the business. Use financial and operational data to identify opportunities, challenge performance and drive better decision-making.
