The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time, circa 2m in value) site based with other days based from home or office. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality internal and refurbishment schemes including fit-out and MandE works ranging from a few 100k to 2M in value.The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-ConstructionAll projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets.
