££ Monday–Sunday, 8am–9pm

We’re looking for an experienced Support Worker to support customers who may have challenging behaviour linked to mental ill health and alcohol/substance misuse.

 

The role includes:
££ Supporting customers with their individual needs and support plans
££ Risk assessment and risk management
££ Building positive relationships and providing day-to-day support
££ Accurate record keeping and using computer systems
££ Working confidently on your own and as part of a team
££ Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations

We’re looking for someone who is:
£ Resilient and adaptable
£ A confident communicator
£ Friendly, approachable and positive
£ Comfortable working under pressure
£ Flexible with working hours
£ Experienced in support work or working with vulnerable adults

££ Basic/Enhanced DBS required, subject to the role.
