Factory Operative - Witham, Essex

Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Early Finish Every Friday

We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable, full-time employment within a friendly and supportive team environment. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with or without previous manufacturing experience.

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out basic assembly tasks following instructions
• Operating machinery safely (full training provided)
• Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
• Performing quality checks to maintain high standards
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Previous factory, warehouse, production, or packing experience is helpful but not essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well within a team environment
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• -12.71 per hour
• Full-time hours with consistent ongoing work
• Weekly pay through Prime Appointments
