Cover Supervisor / Classroom Supervisor - Lancaster Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding role in education with competitive pay? We are seeking adaptable, confident, and proactive Cover Supervisors (Classroom Supervisors) to work across a variety of secondary schools in Lancaster and Morecambe. This role is perfect for those who want to make a difference in the classroom without the responsibilities of full-time teaching, planning, or marking. Pay and Working Patterns Daily Rate:£110 - £160 per day (Dependant on experience and subject specialism). Payment Method:Direct PAYE - No umbrella company fees. You receive your full daily rate with transparent tax and NI contributions. Flexibility:Full-Time (Monday-Friday) or Part-Time (choose your days, 1-4 per week). The Role and Responsibilities As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain focused and learning continues.
