Are you an experienced-Special Needs Teaching Assistant (TA)-looking for an opportunity to work in a rewarding environment with children who have special educational needs?

ICTalent Recruitment is delighted to partner with an-Outstanding Ofsted-rated special needs school-based in-Moseley, Birmingham. The school caters for both-primary and secondary aged children-with a range of special educational needs (SEN) and is looking to recruit a-full-time Special Needs TA-to start in-September 2025. This position is offered on a-temp to perm basis-for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEN, hold at least a-Level 2 qualification-in supporting children or education, and have a passion for helping children thrive in a nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a-Level 2 or higher-qualification in supporting children or education

• Have previous experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)

• Be patient, compassionate, and able to provide tailored support to children with diverse needs

• Be able to work as part of a collaborative team, liaising with teachers, parents, and other professionals

• Have strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to meeting individual needs

• Be comfortable supporting both primary and secondary-aged children with various learning challenges
