Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable FLT Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to transport goods between locations.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
• Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Handle materials in accordance with safety protocols, including heavy lifting when required.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline shipping and receiving processes.

Skills

• Proficient in using a warehouse management system for inventory tracking.
• Strong materials handling skills, including the ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred, with experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding operational workflows.
