Chopping vegetables, fruits, and herbs;portioning meats and seafood;preparing sauces and stocks.Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensuring the prep area and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized.Assisting Other Cooks:

Supporting the line cooks and other chefs with various food preparation tasks during service.Following Recipes:

Adhering to established recipes and food safety guidelines.Organizing the Prep Area:
