I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build school extension project running through to October 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with strong paperwork and site management capabilities to join a well-established project team.

• Day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades effectively
• Managing all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build or education projects
• Strong administrative and paperwork skills (essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage programme deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
