SEMH Teacher - Specialist Setting (Epilepsy and Neurological Conditions)Location: Lingfield Contract: Full-time / Permanent Salary: 130 - 200 dependant on qualifications and experieceWe are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to join a specialist school supporting children and young people with epilepsy and associated neurological, emotional, and mental health needs.This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a highly supportive, therapeutic environment where small class sizes and multidisciplinary collaboration allow staff to make a genuine difference to pupils'' lives.The RoleAs an SEMH Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs and epilepsyCreate a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environmentSupport pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social developmentWork closely with therapists, clinicians, and support staff to implement individual education and care plansUse trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to support learning and wellbeingMonitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needsThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)Has experience working with SEMH needs, SEND, or vulnerable learnersHas a strong understanding of behaviour support and emotional wellbeingIs calm, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication skillsIs committed to inclusive education and safeguardingExperience working with pupils with ..... full job details .....
