We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

People Operations Partner

to join our global People Team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of People/HR experience who enjoys supporting a wide range of administrative and operational tasks across the employee lifecycle. Support day-to-day People Operations processes across onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and compliance activities.Manage and maintain accurate employee records in Workday and related systems.Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company processes and legal requirements.Help prepare regular and ad-hoc People reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Provide administrative support for People policies, processes, and programs (including immigration/global mobility where needed).Partner closely with People team members in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC to ensure alignment and coverage.Assist in improving processes for scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.Required: 3–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a related field.Familiarity with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred).Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.Basic understanding of HR compliance and employment laws (U.S. or international).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within People Operations.Position Details
