Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time. MBR Dental are currently assisting two dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their teams on a fixed term basis.Immediate start with notice periods taken into consideration.Independent dental practices.Practice Manager required on a one year fixed term contract.Full time opportunity, 40 hours per week.Flexible working pattern.£40k per annum, depending on experience.Potential for the role to become permanent in the future.You will be required to manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, staff development, HR and recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s and PandL’s and supporting clinicians to achieve their goals. Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams and be able to manage conflict.Responsibilities

Manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet, ensuring effective growth, development and running of the practices.Lead marketing, staff development, HR and recruitment, compliance, and performance monitoring (KPI’s and PandL’s).Support clinicians to achieve their goals and deliver staff training and development.Source and deliver staff training / development for the practice teams; manage conflicts as needed.Practice details

Both practices are 3-surgery clinics with general dentists, specialists, and hygienists.Dentally software used.Parking available at Byfleet practice only.Qualifications

All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered.GDC registration is desirable.How to apply
