Multi Skilled Plumber - Level 2 or Level 3

Central government Contract - 240,000 sq. ft. Commercial Property
Salary: -40,000 - -45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualification level)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Plumber to support a key central government contract within a large, high-profile commercial building. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established UK-wide facilities management provider, working in a stable, compliance-driven environment.
Candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 plumbing qualifications will be considered. Level 3 is preferred, but strong commercial experience at Level 2 will also be welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing and drainage systems
• Pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs across a large 240,000 sq. ft. site
• Fault finding and completion of remedial works in a timely and compliant manner
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work systems, and safe systems of work
• Communicating effectively with the on-site client, reporting defects and site findings
• Completing all job sheets, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• Working closely with other engineers and site teams to maintain operational standards

Required Skills & Experience

• C&G / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent technical qualification)
• Experience within a commercial maintenance or facilities management environment
• Good understanding of commercial plumbing systems and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and Permit to Work procedures
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Physically capable of carrying out site-based maintenance duties
