The residential support workers play a crucial role in creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere, ensuring that every child receives the care and attention they need to thrive.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with SEN in a residential setting.Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and recreational activities.Implement individualized care plans and educational programs.Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages social, emotional, and educational development.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for each student.Maintain accurate records and reports on students'' progress and well-being.Uphold safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety and welfare of all residents.
