Job Overview:
As a Vehicle Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth end-of-lease process for our client''s customers. You''ll be the friendly voice that guides clients through their vehicle returns, handling everything from collections to contract terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange end-of-lease collections and coordinate with customers directly to ensure a seamless return process.
- Maintain accurate vehicle locations using daily reports and updates.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding extensions, early terminations, and purchase options.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team for efficient handling of non-running vehicle collections.
- Process damage letters and invoices, ensuring clarity and professionalism in communication.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Conduct daily reporting checks to ensure all processes are on track.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with customers.
- Excellent time management and planning abilities to keep everything running smoothly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach that prioritises client satisfaction.
