In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the emotional wellbeing of pupils, helping them build resilience and social skills to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. Responsibilities Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group sessions focused on emotional literacy and wellbeing.Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including self-esteem, social skills, and emotional regulation.Planning and assessing sessions using tools such as the Boxall Profile.Working closely with the school SENCO and class teachers to monitor pupil progress.Creating a safe, therapeutic space for children to explore and communicate their feelings.
