Customer Service Administrator – Financial Services
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in Watford. You will be offered the opportunity to build an international career within a leading global company!
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for paying Customer and Dealer agreements in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to UK policies and procedures.
This role is offering a salary of up to £30k with fantastic benefits and excellent training and development programmes.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team within a supportive environment which is fast paced, lively and fun. The atmosphere is informal but professional!

· Salary: £28k-£30kdepending on experience
· Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, hybrid working after 3 months, 3 days in the office, 2 at home

Key Responsibilities;
· Process Contracts for activation and payout - Handling incoming contract documentation
· Ensuring all paperwork is present and correct in line with policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary.
· Complete all validation and compliance checks prior to activation.
· Maintain turnaround time for receiving documents to payout
· Complete key milestones ensuring all relevant regulatory examinations and training are successfully passed within given time frames.
· Engage in Digital transformation, supporting the business to evolve towards a digital future enabling faster more efficient funding for Customers.
· Create and maintain relationships with key stake holders, internal and external to resolve queries
What the client is looking for:
· At least 6 months customer service/admin experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Great attention to detail
· Able to think commercially when making decisions and prioritising workload
· Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
