The Role Main duties and repsonsibilities: The Multiskilled Engineer is responsible for achieving and communicating operational targets within their area of responsibility, both within their own team and across the wider organisation. The Multiskilled Engineer will be responsible for ensuring they work with team members to understand the site performance and how they are positivley contributing to achieve targets. They will be able to identify possible areas of improvement. This role is required to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday.
