PTP Project Manager £750 per day (Inside IR35) Keynsham, Bristol - HybridContract until June 2026We are seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay Finance Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale PTP open-items clean-up project. This role requires a strong leader who can drive delivery, manage priorities, and ensure all reconciliation activities remain on track.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the project team, ensuring reconciliations are completed on timeDrive team priorities in alignment with PTP leadershipProduce daily and weekly progress reports for key stakeholdersIdentify issues, track actions, and ensure timely resolutionProvide day-to-day leadership and direction to the project teamCommunicate effectively with internal IVC stakeholders to maintain delivery momentumEngage with external stakeholders (including suppliers) to obtain required documentationEnsure all approvals and documentation are in place to complete key project tasks What We''re Looking For Strong PTP background with deep understanding of AP processesProven project management experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to prioritise, problem-solve, and drive delivery within tight timelines We are looking for a confident, hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of this critical PTP clean-up initiative and ensure successful delivery. ..... full job details .....
