Site Manager Required for Belfast Commercial Scheme - 6-Month Contract Your new company Your new company is a local, multidisciplinary construction contractor based in Co. Armagh, specialising in the commercial, retail, refurbishment and residential sectors, now require a Site Manager to join their experienced workforce for a new commercial contract award based in Belfast. With a busy orderbook and ongoing works covering the whole of Northern Ireland, the company is steadily building upon their already impressive project portfolio and have an initial requirement for a Site Manager to be based in South Belfast.Your new role As Site No.1, you will be responsible for managing the team on an initial commercial development based in Belfast, with works imminently commencing and due to run for up to 6 months. Works will involve the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing structure, to include a new mezzanine level on an existing steel-frame building. There is also potential for a further fit-out package to be delivered upon completion of the initial phase. This role will be an initial temporary requirement.
