Registered Manager

to lead a 2-bed children’s home in Barnsley, supporting young people aged 8– with emotional and behavioural needs.You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead and develop a team, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.What we’re looking for:Experience managing in children’s residential careLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Residential (or working towards)Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s regulationsExcellent leadership, organisation, and communication skillsDriving licence and willingness to work flexibly£3, bonus
