Warehouse Forklift Driver

Excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Forklift Driver to join a major manufacturing operation, offering an excellent salary, long-term stability, overtime opportunities and a strong company pension.

Working as part of a three-person warehouse team, you will play an important role in the movement, storage and despatch of finished products, ensuring orders are prepared and loaded safely, accurately and on time. 

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position involving:

• Moving and locating finished products within the warehouse
• Preparing products for despatch
• Loading and unloading trailers safely and accurately
• Operating material-handling equipment
• Using warehouse IT systems to locate and manage stock
• Carrying out stock and quality checks
• Monitoring equipment and reporting defects
• Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
• Working closely with production, logistics and maintenance teams 

Shift Pattern

• Day shifts: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Night shifts: 6:00pm – 6:00am
• Training days included within contracted hours
• Annual leave incorporated into the shift pattern
• Overtime available

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or industrial environment.

Previous experience operating a forklift/material-handling equipment would be highly beneficial, alongside good teamwork, communication and attention to detail.

Candidates must also hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in both Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above and must be able to provide proof of these qualifications.
