With their UK head office located in London''s West End, they have recognised a need for an Executive Assistant to join their team on an interim basis in supporting a divisional VP.Your new role As a Personal Assistant within the business, this role will include but not be limited to the following:Managing international diaries and calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.Proactive inbox management, prioritising communications and ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.Processing invoices and supporting financial administration.Assisting with a range of projects and events, helping to coordinate key business initiatives from planning through to delivery.Building strong relationships with colleagues across the business, acting as a key point of contact for international offices and cross-functional teams.Providing wider administrative and operational support to ensure business priorities are delivered seamlesslyWhat you''ll need to succeed Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant within the private sector is a necessity for this position.
