We are working with a fast-growing, specialist corporate consultancy that delivers high-impact commercial energy, carbon reduction, and environmental solutions. They are seeking a competitive, self-motivated Graduate Sales position to join their commercial outreach team.

The Role

In this position, you will act as a primary driver of top-line growth. Working directly alongside senior management, you will build strategic relationships with potential corporate clients and introduce valuable consultancy services.

• Outreach & Lead Generation: Initiate contact with business decision-makers using targeted calls, email campaigns, and networking channels.

• Target Achievement: Consistently deliver against personal and team sales activity indicators and revenue benchmarks.

• Internal Collaboration: Partner with delivery, administrative, and operations teams to transition won clients seamlessly into service delivery.

• Strategic Input: Share commercial insights to help refine outbound messaging and evolve the business development roadmap.

Who We Are Looking For

No previous technical knowledge of the energy or green tech sector is required—full, structured training will be provided from day one. We are looking for potential, grit, and strong communication skills.

• Educational Background: Degree-educated in any subject area.

• Competitive Drive: Highly motivated by targets, career progression, and uncapped earning potential.

• Executive Presence: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to speak directly with high-level corporate decision-makers.

• Sales Mindset: Prior exposure to B2B or B2C sales (6+ months) is advantageous, but a confident, proactive attitude is paramount.

• General Interest: Curious about environmental standards, energy strategy, or corporate sustainability (preferred, not essential).
