OverviewSenior AV Engineer (Lutron) – London. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 base + £400/month on-call bonus (1× per month rota) + travel expenses + company laptop and phone + training and progression. This role offers technical training and a clear path to leadership on prestigious smart-home projects.

What you''ll do

Install, commission and service residential smart-home AV systems.

Troubleshoot and diagnose lighting/control systems (Lutron essential; Control4/Crestron a bonus).

Support clients across live projects and legacy installations.

Work to a rotating schedule and attend site visits across London.

Take part in a monthly on-call rota and complete paid overtime when required.

Collaborate with a close-knit engineering team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you''ll need

Hands-on AV installation experience in smart homes.

Working knowledge of Lutron (required).

Ability to commission or at least troubleshoot programmed systems.

Basic understanding of Control4 or Crestron.

Full UK driving licence, plus willingness to travel and stay overnight when required (including occasional EU trips).
