In this role, you will be the key link between our clients, production teams, and suppliers-ensuring orders run smoothly from start to finish.What You''ll Be DoingBeing the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.Processing incoming customer requests quickly, accurately, and efficiently.Keeping job files, production schedules, and admin records fully up to date.Liaising with clients and suppliers to keep projects on track.What We''re Looking ForCommunication: An exceptional telephone manner-confident, articulate, and professional.Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy in admin and record-keeping.Speed and Reliability: Prompt in responding to client requests and proactive in following up.Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Attitude: A positive, "can-do" approach and a willingness to learn.
